1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose our website visitors’ information to third parties, and any information that you provide to us cannot be seen by third parties. We may however use the information to:

• enable you to use the site without repeatedly entering passwords or logins

• help us manage our website to ensure it is relevant and appropriate for our customers
• alert you to news that we believe may be of interest to you eg product upgrades.

In parts of our website, we provide links to external, third-party websites. Although we take great care in selecting these other websites, we have no control over nor accept any responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to help guard against malicious programs. reCAPTCHA employs Google's security algorithms to verify that our website is not being visited by an automated program (or "bot"). This verification is carried out "behind the scenes" so that it's invisible to our visitors, and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 

2. Cookies Policy

Our website employs a “session cookie” to identify your browser “session” whilst you are visiting our website. The cookie is named "c2icbrindle_ctthjguj7k1" and lasts for 3 months. It is a very small text file that is stored on your device (eg your PC) by your web browser, and contains a simple text code that your browser sends back to our website each time you browse to a new page. 

The cookie allows our website to recognise each subsequent request from your browser as being from the same browser that made the initial request. This makes the website easier for our visitors to use: for example, it enables visitors to log on using their e-mail address and password, and to benefit from interactive/tailored features eg online purchasing.

Our website also uses cookies to allow Google Analytics to function correctly. Google Analytics is an analysis tool that helps us understand how visitors engage with our website. These cookies have names that begin with " __utm ". Google Analytics collects information anonymously; it reports website trends without identifying individual visitors. The cookies store information such as the number of visits to the website and which site referred the visitor to the web page. We use the information to help us understand how our visitors interact with the website and to help us improve it.
